Andrea Bargnani was the first overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. The Italian native made an immediate impact and led the Raptors to the NBA Playoffs in each of his first two seasons. Bargnani isnt your typical big man. Despite being 7-feet tall he is an adept perimeter shooter with great quickness and ball-handling skills.
