In 2008 the Canadien-native Michael Del Zotto was selected 20th overall by the New York Rangers in the NHL Entry Draft. At 19 Del Zotto became the youngest defenseman in Rangers history to start on opening night. Hes been with the Rangers ever since and is a staple in the Blue Shirts lineup.
